A Delicious Costa Rican Microlot
Costa Rican coffee has set the standards for fine wet-processed coffee for the rest of Central and South America.
This is a microlot coffee, one that is directly traceable to the farm that produces the coffee beans. This coffee is from EL Apolonio and is a fully washed and sun dried coffee bean grown at an elevation of 1,750 – 1,800 metres.
It is mildly acidic, full bodied, delivering a soft, clean, honey and chocolate tasting coffee.
