Another exemplary Ethiopian coffee
Djimmah is located in the southwest of Ethiopian with an altitude varying between 1650 to 2000 metres. Like the Harrar coffees, this Djimmah is a dry-processed natural coffee which is sorted and processed by hand. Sweet blueberry and dark cherry flavours are prominent, with a rich body and smooth sweetness tempered by a mild acidity.
A medium roasted bean, the Djimmah makes a superb espresso.
