Only a limited supply of this fantastic coffee
Kenyans are known for their big, vibrant acidity and this coffee is an excellent example of an amazing Kenyan coffee. Large bean size and well graded it was milled by the Kieni coop who continue to produce some of the best coffees in Kenyan competitions every year. The Kieni wet mill is part of the Mugaga society. The coffee is depulped and fermented in two sets of tanks with an intermediate washing after approximately 10 hours. It is then washed with clean water before drying on raised beds.
